Shipping & Returns

Shipping.
Most orders are shipped withing 48 hours. If an item there is not in warehouse, it will be shipped in about two weeks.
We ship orders by the transport agency EMS/Bolivia, which has an experience of over 15 years in messaging specialist market.
When ordering from our online store a program automatically calculates the shipping charges based on the total weight of the order and area to be delivered.

Returns. 
Refunds will be available for up to 5 days from the day you receive your order. You must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email during this 5-day period to qualify for refund.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs and duty incurred for the order and return of the product(s). Refund will be issued to your credit card, less shipping and handling incurred for the order and return of the product(s), within 7 days of the date we recieve returned product(s).
You will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the Customer Service Center in their original condition. No refunds will be available after the 5-day period has expired. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.
